List of Ingredients





2 eggs
1/2c water
1/3c milk
2T Oil
1pkg (9oz) Yellow Cake Mix
1pkg (8.5oz) Cornbread/muffin mix

In a bowl, combine eggs, water, milk and oil. Stir in mixes and mix well. Fill sprayed muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake @ 350* for 18 - 22 min or til muffins test done. Cool from 5 min; remove from pans to wire racks.

Cool. Place in bags. Freeze.

To serve--Thaw and eat. Or place frozen wrapped muffin in micro and defrost.
