Ingredients:
1 pound beef top sirloin or boneless chicken breasts
1 medium onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
Marinade
2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/6 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 ounce tequila (optional)
chopped fresh cilantro
grated cheese
sour cream
salsa
guacamole
lettuce
chopped tomatoes
Slice meat into 1/4 inch strips; place in a non-metallic container. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl; mix well and pour over meat. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Remove meat from marinade and saut� in skillet until no longer pink. Add onion and pepper and continue to saut� until vegetables are limp. Serve skillet mixture on warm flour tortillas with your choice of sour cream, grated cheese, fresh cilantro, lettuce, chopped tomatoes, salsa, and guacamole.
