    Recipe Introduction


    Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
    This favorite pork chop dish serves up pan-browned chops in a garlicky mushroom sauce, perfect with steamed potatoes.


    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
    4 bone-in pork chops, 1/2" thick each
    1 can Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup
    1/4 cup water


    Directions:
    HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

    ADD soup and water. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serves 4.

    Tip:
    Serve with steamed red potatoes and tomato slices. For dessert serve Pepperidge Farm® Chocolate Layer Cake.
