8 oz. pkg. Ronzoni "noodle loops"
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, diced
15 1/2 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground beef, browned

Your kids will love the "fun" noodle shapes!

Brown ground beef and drain off fat. Cook noodles as
directions say; drain. Mix noodles with Ricotta cheese,
Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and beef. Mix in 3/4 of the
sauce. Pour into a 2 quart casserole; spread evenly and top
with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan grated cheese.
Bake in 350 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
For variety, add mushrooms (chopped). Serves 6 to 8
people.
