    Cinnamon Swirl Bread

    1 package (11 ounces) refrigerated French bread dough
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    Sweet Orange Spread or Vermont Spread

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using nonstick spray, lightly spray inside of bread tube and. Cap bottom of bread tube. Unroll bread dough; brush with butter using a pastry brush. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Starting at thelong edge, roll up dough. Fill tube with dough. Place cap on top. Bake, upright, 50-60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove bread from bread tube onto a nonstick cooling rack. Cool completely. Cut into 1/4-inch slices with a serrated bread knife. Serve with Sweet Orange Spread or Vermont Spread

    Sweet Orange Spread
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup orange marmalade
    1 teaspoon grated orange peel

    In a 1-quart batter bowl, mix cream cheese, marmalade and grated peel until well blended.

    Vermont Spread
    1/2 cup maple-flavored syrup
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

    In a 1-quart batter bowl, gradually add syrup to cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
