    1 can (8 ounces) pineapple tidbits in juice 2 medium red apples, cored and diced 2 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and
    diced
    1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping
    1 cup miniature marshmallows
    Additional chopped dry roasted peanuts
    (optional)
    1. Drain pineapple in small Colander, reserving juice. Cut apples into wedges using Apple Wedger; dice with Chef's Knife. Coarsely chop peanuts using Food Chopper.
    2. Place cream cheese in Classic Batter Bowl. Gradually whisk in reserved pineapple juice until smooth. Stir in whipped topping; mix until blended.
    3. Add pineapple, apples, peanuts and marshmallows to cream cheese mixture; mix gently. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    4. To serve, spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with additional chopped peanuts, if desired.
