    Greek Lemon Chicken

    List of Ingredients





    2 6 oz. boneless chicken breasts
    1 cup of rice pilaf
    2 cup of raw spinach
    1 cup of carrots
    ½ tsp of oregano
    2 tbsp of fresh chopped mint
    2 cloves minced garlic

    Liquid:

    2 tbsp of lemon juice
    2 tsp of olive oil
    2 cups of water
    2 tbsp of water

    Get Turbo Ready:

    Marinate chicken in lemon juice, olive oil, mint,
    oregano and garlic in a refridegerated sealable
    plastic bag for 2 hours.

    Let’s Start Turbo Cooking!

    1. 5 Min Valve CLOSED - Place chicken in base with 2
    tbsp of water. Cover and cook on medium high.
    2. 5 Min Valve CLOSED - Flip chicken over. Cover and
    cook on medium high.
    3. 10 Min Valve OPEN - Add 2 cup water and rice to
    chicken. Stir well and cook on medium high. Place
    spinach and carrots on steamer rack.
    4. 10 Min Valve OPEN - Stir well. Cover and cook on
    medium high until rice is tender and is liquid
    absorbed and if vegetables are tender; if not, cook
    for another couple of minutes.

    Additional Hint: Serve this with a tossed salad.
