Italian Beef Noodle Bake
Cook 1 lb of ground beef in TC as per TC instructions; drain fat.

Add:
1 26 oz can of Hunts Spaghetti sauce (any flavor)
1 ½ cup water
1 packet onion soup mix (garlic + mushroom, or whatever)
2 ½ cup dried pasta

In the steamer tray, 2 cups frozen broccoli and cauliflower florets.

Cook on high heat, valve closed for 8 minutes; stir; cook for another 8 minutes or more depending on how done you want your pasta noodles to come out (I like mine soft, so I ended up turning the heat down to low and simmering the meal for another 10 minutes or so).
