    Meatloaf

    List of Ingredients

    1 lb ground meat (your choice of meat)
    1 egg
    (optional ingredients)
    1/2 C tomato sauce OR ketchup
    OR
    1/4 C teriaki OR soy sauce
    1 green pepper (hot or mild, your choice) finely chopped
    3-4 slices of bacon, fried crisp and crumbled

    DRY INGREDIENTS:
    ----------------
    1 C crushed crackers OR bread crumbs (fresh or dry, plain) OR half of each
    1 onion, diced (fine or coarse, your choice)
    Salt and pepper to taste

    LIQUID INGREDIENTS:
    -------------------
    1/2 C water

    GET TURBO READY:
    ----------
    Mix all ingredients (except for the water) and place in the Turbo Cooker, form
    it into a large round even shape.

    LET'S START TURBO COOKING!
    --------------------------
    1: Place formed meatloaf into base of Turbo Cooker. Pour half the water
    around the edges of the loaf. Cook on high heat, valve closed, 5 minutes.

    2: Turn the loaf over, and add the remaining water, cook on medium heat,
    valve closed, 15 minutes.

    Notes: Use a plate to turn the loaf. Invert a plate onto the loaf (in the pot)
    then turn the whole thing over, then slide the loaf back into the Turbo Cooker.
    Do this over your sink and be careful!!! Everything will be HOT!

    You can coat the loaf with ketchup or tomato sauce after you turn it if you
    prefer a the tomato flavor on your meat loaf.
