    List of Ingredients





    2 6 oz. fillet of rainbow trout
    ½ tsp of thyme
    ½ tsp of black pepper
    1 tbsp of parsley flakes
    1 tsp of tarrgon
    1 tsp of chives
    2 6 in. corn on the cobs
    2 cups of broccoli & cauliflower florets

    Liquid:

    4 tbsp of white wine
    2 tbsp of olive oil

    Get Turbo Ready:

    Season fillets with pepper and thyme. Then marinate
    fillets in wine, olive oil, parsley, tarragon and
    chives in a sealable plastic bag for 2 hours in a
    refridgerator.

    Let’s Start Turbo Cooking!

    1. 5 Min Valve OPEN – Place corn cobs, broccoli &
    cauliflower on steam rack. Add ½ cup of water to base
    and cook on high.
    2. 4 Min Valve CLOSED – Set steam rack aside and drain
    water from base. Place fillets in the base. Add 1/3
    cup of water, replace steam rack and cook on high.
    3. 3 Min Valve CLOSED - Flip the fish and reduce heat
    to medium high.
