Veal Pasta Skillet Dinner

List of Ingredients
1 lb veal cut into bite-sized pieces (I had veal stew meat)
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp butter
2 cups rotini pasta
1 14.5 oz can of stewed tomatoes
1 10 oz bag of frozen peas
2 1/2 cups of water
Seasonings:
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp of tarragon (I didn't have so I used 1 tsp of fine herbs -- a mix that contains tarragon)
Optional:
Grated Romano cheese
Add the veal, onion, all the seasonings, and the butter to the base of the TC, heat on medium high. Cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and onions are clear (I kept the lid off for this and stirred frequently)
Add the pasta, tomatoes, and water, cover (valve open) on med. high for 8 minutes.
Add the peas, stir, recover (valve closed) and cook for 5 minutes on medium.
To serve, sprinkle with the grated cheese
