    Rotisserie Beef Fajitas

    List of Ingredients





    1 (12 ounce) can beer
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1/2 medium onion, sliced
    juice of 2 limes
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 bay leaf
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
    1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
    6 flour tortillas, warmed
    your favorite salsa

    In a large flat dish combine the beer, oil, onion, lime juice, garlic, bay leaf, worcestershire, chili powder, cumin and pepper. Stir well. Add the steak, cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

    Rotate the steak in the flat standard basket for 18 minutes for rare or 22 minutes for medium. If not brown enough, position the basket facing the heating coils and turn the pause to sear switch off and rotate 2-3 minutes more on each side. place the tortillas in the warming tray while rotating the steak.

    Slice the steak into thin strips . Fill tortillas with steak strips and salsa. Roll up and serve.
