    List of Ingredients

1 pound fresh green chiles, roasted and peeled
or 5 4oz. cans green chiles
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 small onion
    1/2 teaspoon thyme
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2 cups water
2 cups beef or chicken broth

Remove the seeds and stems from the chilis and chop.
Mince garlic and chop the onion. In a large skillet heat
the oil and cook the garlic and onions until limp. Stir in
the chilis, salt, thyme and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook, stirring, over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the water and broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and add.
    When thickened, salt to taste.

This stuff is great on eggs, beans, or rice etc.

You can add ground beef, pork, or turkey and it makes a great stew.
