Beef Noodle Soup
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 46 oz can V8 juice
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 3oz package Ramen noodles
- 1 16oz package frozen mixed vegetables
Instructions
- In large saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink, drain. Stir in V8, soup mix, noodle seasoning packet and mixed vegetables. Bring to boil. Reduce heat;simmer uncovered 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Return to a boil; stir in noodles. Cook for three minutes until noodles are tender. Serves 8
