Chive Mushroom Soup

List of Ingredients



• 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 4 Tablespoons flour
  
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
  
• 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  
• 2 cups chicken broth
  
• 2 cups half and half
  
• 4 Tablespoons snipped chives
  






Instructions



1. In a saucepan, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and mustard until well blended; gradually stir in broth. Bring to boil; cook and stir in the cream and chives. Cook 5 minutes longer until heated through.
   
2. Serves 4
