Chive Mushroom Soup

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 Tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups half and half
- 4 Tablespoons snipped chives
Instructions
- In a saucepan, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and mustard until well blended; gradually stir in broth. Bring to boil; cook and stir in the cream and chives. Cook 5 minutes longer until heated through.
