    Chicken Lo Mein

    8 Ounces uncooked linguine, broken in half
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
    1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
    1/4 cup chicken broth
    1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
    1 bag (16 ounces) frozen broccoli,carrots and cauliflower

    Cook and drain linguine as directed on package. Spray 10" skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2-3 minutes or until brown. Add stir-fry sauce, broth and red pepper to chicken and stir. Heat to boiling. Stir in frozen vegetables. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve chicken mixture over linguine. 6pts per serving
