Apricot Chipotle Glaze

List of Ingredients



• 1 cup apricot jam
  
• 2 chipotles in adobo
  
• 2 garlic cloves
  
• 3 tbs teguila
  
• 2 tbs olive oil
  






Instructions



1. Combine ingredient in food processor. Process till smooth.
   
   






Final Comments


When I did this for the turkey breast I mixed a 1/2 cup melted butter with half cup of the sauce, and put that in little ramkens to about 1 inch and froze - then slide under skin of turkey breast, and used the rest to baste.
