    2 185 g can tuna in oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    6 corn tortillas
    1/2 green capsicum, chopped
    1 bulb, chopped garlic
    60 ml tomato sauce
    1 finely chopped chili
    olive slices for garnish

    Topping:
    200 g mozarella cheese, shredded
    sliced shallots

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 180 C. Drain tuna oil into a small skillet. Saute' the onion, capsicum and garlic.

    Combine the onion, capsicum, garlic, tuna, tomato sauce and chili.

    Put 1/6 of the tuna mixture on each tortilla. Top eaach with cheese and decorate with olive slices.

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the tuna is hot. Serve at once.
