Recipe Introduction
An easy dip for all meat, fish, poultry & sandwiche diches.
List of Ingredients
*10 spoonfulls Mayonnaise.
*15 hot peppers (Any that you choose)
*Tobasco
*1 onion
*6 garlic cloves
*Herbs of your choice
*Lime juice (Maybe 1/4 of a lime)Recipe
1. First chop up the peppers, onions, garlic. Add the herbs.
2. Add the tobasco & the juice of the lime & hot peppers.
3. Add to a blender & blend. Untill smoothish.
4. Add the mayo.
5. Serve & enjoy.
NOTE: If you are using peppers with the skins. You will need to blanch them first, or it will be a pain in the arse for you...
Blanching.
*Heat a pan of water, bring it to the boil. put in the peppers. Only for 45 seconds - 1 minute.
