    Crab Pate'

    List of Ingredients




    1 8oz package Cream Cheese
    1/2 - 3/4 cup Salsa (homemade or storebought)
    1 6oz can Crab Meat, well drained
    2 to 3 oz imitation Crab Meat, very finely chopped
    1 Spring Onion, green top only, very finely chopped

    Recipe



    Using a rubber spatula, spread the cream cheese to cover the entire bottom of an 8 or 9" glass pie plate. Top with a thin layer of salsa. Crumble the canned crab meat and mix with the imitation crab meat. Layer the crabmeat on top of the salsa. Sprinkle the top with green onions. Cover the plate with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use (at least one hour). Serve with crackers of your choice and a spreading (pate') knife.
