    Dijon Wings

    List of Ingredients





    1/3 C Dijon mustard
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 T Worcestershire
    1 T vegetable oil
    1 1/2 t Tabasco
    1 t paprika
    8 chicken wings, jointed, skin slashed at 1/2" intervals

    Combine mustard, garlic, Worcestershire, oil, Tabasco, and paprika in a small bowl.
    Dip each piece in sauce, and place in a shallow baking dish. Top with the remaining sauce. Marinate up to 48 hours, covered.
    Bake at 375(, for 35 minutes.
    Broil about two minutes to crisp the skin.
