    Lemon Barbecued Chicken

    An American Diabetes Association recipe.

    List of Ingredients

    2 t Worcestershire Sauce
    1 t grated Lemon Peel
    1 t Salt
    1/2 t dry Mustard
    1/2 t dried Oregano
    1/2 C fresh Lemon Juice
    1/2 C Olive Oil
    1 Spring Onion, chopped
    6 skinless boneless Chicken Breast halves

    Recipe

    Mix the Worcestershire sauce, lemon zest, salt, dry mustard, and oregano in a small bowl. Gradually stir in the lemon juice, followed by the oil and chopped green onions. Brush the mixture over the chicken pieces, Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Prepare the grill. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook ten minutes on each side.
