    Picnic Packets

    List of Ingredients




    For each packet/serving:
    Spray a large pieces of foil with vegetable spray and place a portion of chicken (leg or breast-wing section) in
    the middle of foil.
    Top with a slice of onion, a teaspoon of minced garlic over onion, a couple of slices of green pepper,
    4 or 5 stalks of fresh asparagus, trimmed, a few slices of carrot, a sliced up mushroom or two and a potato, quartered.
    Sprinkle lightly with your favorite seasonings (Mrs. Dash is good), add a couple of ice cubes, fold foil over and seal edges tightly.
    You can freeze and cook later, store them in the refrigerator and cook later or, put them into the ice chest with ice packs and head to your picnic.
    When grill is hot, throw the packets on and shut the lid. In 20 minutes turn packets over and cook another 20 minutes.
    Easy cleanup!
