    1 box Yellow Cake Mix
    3 Eggs
    1 can Apple Pie Filling


    Topping:
    1/2 C Margarine
    1 C Flour
    1/2 C Confectioner's Sugar

    Recipe



    Grease and flour two standard loaf pans.
    Blend cake mix, eggs and apple pie filling in bowl.
    In second bowl, with pastry blender, cut together topping ingredients.
    Divide cake mix batter into both pans and sprinkle topping evenly over both loaves. Bake @ 350F 45 to 50 minutes.
