Graham Muffins
List of Ingredients
16 graham crackers, rolled into fine crumbs
1/2 cup warm milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg (well beaten)
Recipe
Combine graham cracker crumbs in mixing bowl with warm milk. Let stand for a few minutes. Add baking powder, melted butter, sugar, and egg. Mix thoroughly. Bake in greased muffin tins @ 400* for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes 8 muffins.
