    1 C Self-rising Flour
    1 C Vanilla Ice Cream, softened

    Line mini-muffin pans with paper liners. Stir flour and ice cream together, just until moistened. Do NOT overmix. Fill papers 3/4 full. Bake at 350F 20 minutes.
