    1 box Jiffy White Cake Mix                       
    1 pkg. dry Yeast
    1-1/4 C warm Water                             
    1/2 t  Salt
    2-1/2 to 3 C Flour or enough to make a soft dough that can be handled
    Margarine,melted

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix and yeast. Combine water and salt and stir
    into dry mixture. Gradually work in flour. Knead until smooth. Cover and put in warm place for 1 hr. Punch down and shape into rolls.

    Brush with melted margarine. Place in muffin pans or greased baking pan.
    Cover and rise for 2-3 hrs. Bake in 375 to 400 degree oven until golden brown.

    This makes a very tender, not tough, roll. If baked as a loaf, it slices well, even the next day.
