List of Ingredients

2 cups cooked or 1 (1 lb.) can Black-eyed Peas, drained and rinsed
1/2 t dried Sage
4 oz Tomato Sauce
1/ 4 t Garlic Powder
8 oz Ham
1 T Olive Oil
Pepper



Recipe

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
