"I Can't Believe It's Tuna Casserole"

List of Ingredients

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 C Water
2 C Chow Mein Noodles, divided
1 sm. can Tuna packed in Water, drained
1 C Thinly sliced Celery
1/4 C Chopped Onion
1/8 Black Pepper

Optional ingredients:
Garlic Powder to taste
1 heaping T Sour Cream
1 Can Mushrooms, drained
1 C Canned peas, drained
Dash Dillweed
1/2 t Grated Lemon rind


Recipe

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 1 QT casserole with Vegetable spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine, Soup, Water, Tuna, Pepper, Celery, Onion & 1 C Noodles.(Add optional ingredients at this time). Stir until well blended, then pour into greased casserole.
Top with reserved 1 C Chow Mein Noodles.
Bake 30 minutes.

Note: I was never a huge Tuna Casserole fan until I tried this. It makes for a satisfying meal with a Tomato-Onion Salad.
