Recipe Introduction
Serve with cauliflower florets, mini carrots, chunks of celery and a variety of breads that have been cut into bite size chunks. Great with tortilla chips, too.
List of Ingredients
3 oz Beer
1 oz Salsa (storebought or homemade)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Minced and seeded Jalepeno, to taste
Recipe
Heat 1" water in bottom of double boiler till boiling.
Heat beer in top of double boiler. Stir in salsa, then cheese, a little at a time. Stir constantly until cheese melts to a smooth consistency. Stir in jalepenos to taste.
