Crudite
List of Ingredients
3 oz White Wine
1 oz Sherry (NOT cooking sherry)
1/2 t minced Garlic
Shredded Fontina & Butterkase Cheeses
2 T Bleu Cheese, crumbled
Chopped ScallionsRecipe
Combine Wine & Sherry in top of preheated double boiler.
Add Garlic. Stir in Fontina & Butterkase Cheeses a small amount at a time and heat until creamy and thick.
Add crumbled Bleu Cheese and heat until almost melted.
Stir in Scallions.
Serve with a variety of cudite and breads.
