    Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake (FF)

    List of Ingredients




    CRUST:

    1/2 C + 2 T Oatmeal
    1/4 C Applesauce
    1/2 C Sugar
    1/3 C Cocoa
    2 T Unbleached Flour
    1/4 C Honey
    1 T Vanilla

    FILLING:

    3 - 8oz FF Cream Cheese
    3/4 C Sugar
    3/4 C EggBeaters
    1 T Vanilla

    Recipe



    Crust:
    Mix oatmeal & applesauce & let sit for 5 min. Mix in rest of
    ingredients. Spread in a sprayed 8x11 baking dish and bake for 10 min @
    325*.

    Filling:
    Mix Cream Cheese and Sugar together until creamy then add eggs &
    vanilla. Don't overbeat after adding eggs. Pour on top of crust & bake for 40 min.
    Cool & chill overnight. Top with Cherry Pie Filling.
    Oh my.
