Special Occasion Cookie

List of Ingredients

1 pkg Yellow or Chocolate Cake Mix (or whatever you prefer)
1/2 C Shortening
2 Eggs
1 T Water
1 t Vanilla or almond extract
Frosting:
1 C Confetioner's Sugar
2 T Milk
1/8 t Almond Extract
Tubes of cake decorating gels for writing


Recipe

Cookie:
Mix all ingredients well and pat into a greased 14" pizza pan.
Bake @ 375* 20 minutes. Cool completely.
Frosting:
Mix ingredients well and spread over cooled cookie.
Let set a bit then decorate by writing your greetings with the gel icing.
Great for Special Occasions such as: Birthdays, Christmas, St. Valentine's Day, Easter, or 'just because'.
