    Easy whipped cream cookies with a fresh lemon flavor.

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. whipped cream
    2 eggs
    18 oz. pkg. lemon cake mix
    1/3 C powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease baking sheets. Beat whipped cream and eggs together. Add cake mix and continue to mix. Form dough into 1" balls and roll in powdered sugar. Bake 8 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
