    Apple Butter

    List of Ingredients





    2 quarts. unsweetened applesauce
    1 qt. sugar
    1/4 cup vinegar
    2 tbsp. cinnamon (more if desired)

    Put above mixed ingredients in a crockpot. Cover with 3 paper towels
    (no lid), set on low and cook for 8 hours. Put in plastic containers
    and freeze until ready to use.
