Beef Stew 2

List of Ingredients




1 pound beef stew meat
3 carrots, peeled and sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 teaspoon salt
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water



Recipe



In a slow cooker or crockpot coated with vegetable cooking
spray, combine beef stew meat, carrots, potatoes, onion
and salt. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and add to
pot. Cook for 8 hours on low heat until tender.
