    List of Ingredients




    2/3 C dry pinto or kidney beans
    1 can (14 oz) tomatoes
    1/2 # ground chuck, browned and drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 1/2 t chili powder
    1/4 t pepper
    1/4 t cumin
    Salt to taste

    Recipe



    Parboil beans until completely softened; drain. Place
    in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Cover and cook 10 to 12 hours on LOW.
    NOTE: One 16 oz can
    kidney beans, drained, may be substituted for dry beans.
