    Vegetable Beef Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 # stew meat, cut into 3/4 " cubes
    1 can (14 oz) tomatoes
    1 carrot, sliced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    34 C frozen mixed veggies
    S&P
    1 beef bouillon cube
    water

    Recipe



    Put all ingredients in crockpot. Add water to barely
    cover. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook 10-16 hours on LOW.
