    Baked Coffee Custard

    List of Ingredients




    4 Eggs
    2/3 C Sugar
    1/8 t Salt
    2 C Milk
    2 C Strong Coffee, cooled
    Freshly Whipped Cream

    Recipe



    Beat Eggs slightly in bowl. Add Sugar, Salt, Milk and Coffee. Pour into four greased (8oz) ramekins or custard cups. Place in pan of hot water about 1" deep.
    Bake @ 350* about 1 hour or until firm.
    Serve topped with Whipped Cream.
    Yield: 4 Servings.
