    Cream Cheese Rice Pudding

    List of Ingredients




    1 C cooked rice
    1/4 # butter
    1/4 # cream cheese
    3 eggs
    1 C milk
    2 t lemon juice
    4 T sugar
    1/4 C raisins


    Recipe



    Add butter and cheese to the hot rice. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) Chill pudding and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
