    Easy Peach Bavarian

    List of Ingredients




    8 oz. can peaches
    1 small package peach Jell-O
    1 C boiling water
    1/2 C sugar
    1/2 t almond or vanilla extract
    1 small container cool whip

    Recipe



    Drain and save the juice of an 8 oz. can of peaches.
    Chop the fruit very fine.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and add sugar,
    stirring well to dissolve.
    Add peach juice and chill to syrup consistency.
    Add almond or vanilla extract and fold in Cool Whip. Chill well.
    You can use a prepared mold for this, if desired.
