Peach Cobbler
List of Ingredients
1/2 C butter or margarine
1 C self-rising flour
2 C sugar, divided
1 C milk
4 C sliced fresh peaches
Recipe
Melt butter in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch pan.
Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and milk; mix well.
Pour over melted butter; do not stir.
Combine peaches and remaining cup sugar in a saucepan;
bring to a boil. Pour over batter; do not stir.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until browned.
Serves 10.
