List of Ingredients
1 Qt Vanilla Ice Cream, slightly softened
1/2 C Macaroon Cookie crumbs
1/4 C Candied Cherries, chopped
1/4 C miniature Chocolate Chips
1 T Brandy
1/2 C Whipping Cream, whipped
Recipe
Place paper liners in muffin tin. Combine ice cream, macaroon crumbs, cherries, and chocolate chips in large bowl. Stir brandy into whipped cream, and then fold into ice cream mixture. Divide mixture among muffin cups. Freeze until firm, at least 15 minutes.
