    2 (10 0z each) Pkgs frozen sliced Strwberries, thawed
    1/4 C Quick cooking Tapioca
    1/4 t Salt
    2 T Lemon Juice
    1/3 C Heavy Whipping Cream

    Recipe



    Drain berries; reserving liquid. To liquid, add enough water to make 2 C. Heat in medium saucepan with tapioca and salt, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; cool, stirring occasionally. When cold, stir in berries and lemon juice.
    Cover and refrigerate. Beat heavy cream until stiff. Gently fold into tapioca with spatula.
    Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
