    ITALIAN-Tuscan Artichoke Pie

    List of Ingredients




    2 Cans Artichokes, drained & cut in 1/2
    1 Coarsely chopped Sweet Red Pepper
    Oregano, Basil and Black Pepper to taste
    Batter:
    5 Eggs
    1/2 t Tabasco
    1/4 C Half & Half
    2 T Flour
    1/4 C Grated Fontina Cheese
    2 T Parmesan
    Pinch Nutmeg



    Recipe





    Saute artichokes with pepper and herbs. Put into buttered casserole.
    Combine ingredients for batter and pour over veggies. Top with additional cheese if
    desired.
    Bake @ 350* until heated through.
    Serves 4.
    Serves nicely with Charcoal Grilled Steak or Chops.
