    1 # cooked Lobster Meat
    2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
    6 slices White Bread (cubed)
    1/2 C Butter, melted
    3 large Eggs
    1/2 t Dry Mustard
    1/2 t Salt
    2 C Milk

    Recipe



    Grease a 10” square casserole or soufflé dish. Layer the lobster, cheese, and bread in the prepared dish. Pour the melted butter over the mixture.
    In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the mustard, salt, and milk, mixing well. Pour this mixture over the casserole and let sit for 3 hours or overnight.
    Bake in a 350 oven for 1 hour.
