    Shrimp Marinara

    List of Ingredients




    1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1/2 to 1 C water
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 T minced fresh parsley
    1 t salt (optional)
    1 t dried oregano
    1 t dried basil
    1/4 t pepper
    1 # fresh or frozen shrimp, cooked, peeled, and deveined
    1 # spaghetti, cooked and drained
    Shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

    Recipe



    In a slow cooker, combine the first nine ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in shrimp and cook for 20 minutes longer or until shrimp are heated through (it will take longer for the frozen shrimp.) Serve over spaghetti. Garnish with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
    Serves: 6
