    Cinnamon Coffee Cake

    1 loaf frozen bread dough (1 #)
    2 T margarine, softened
    3 T brown sugar, packed
    1 T ground cinnamon

    Glaze:
    1 C powdered sugar
    1 t margarine, softened
    1/2 t vanilla
    1 to 2 T milk

    Recipe



    Spray a 16 x 10 inch baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Punch down bread dough after it has thawed and doubled in size. On a lightly floured surface roll dough out to a 16x10 inch rectangle.
    Spread with margarine. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over dough. Starting with 16-inch side, roll sough tightly, pinching seam firmly to seal. Place dough roll lengthwise on baking sheet. With sharp, floured knife cut roll in half lengthwise, to within 1/2 inch of bottom. Let dough lay out flat in baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap or towel until double in size.
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Remove to cooling rack.
    In small bowl prepare glaze by mixing powdered sugar, margarine, vanilla and enough mild to make desired consistency. Stir until smooth. Drizzle over coffee cake, slice pieces at a diagonal, about 2-inches wide. Cut each slice in half.
    Makes 16 slices.
