    Lowfat and lower sodium!

    List of Ingredients




    1 can Mushrooms
    1 C Skim Milk
    1 T Cornstarch

    Recipe



    Rinse mushrooms and put in a blender with milk.
    Blend until mushrooms are of desired size. Then add
    corn starch and blend for a few seconds.

    Place in saucepan and bring to slow boil. If not thick enough add a little more cornstarch mixed with a little skim milk. If too thick, thin with a little skim milk.
