    Yogurt Cheese

    List of Ingredients

    Line strainer with double layer of cheesecloth or coffee filter. Pour in
    16 oz plain nonfat yogurt. Place strainer over bowl at least 1 inch above
    bottom of bowl; refrigerate overnight. Scoop thickened yogurt into
    another bowl; discard cheesecloth. Use yogurt cheese instead of mayonnaise or
    cream cheese on bread or crackers, or as a base for dip.
    Makes about 3/4 cup.

    You can serve it plain or dress it up with chopped veggies, herbs or fruit
    peel to make your favorite spread.
